Part of the business of the unexpected is being able to remove your prized possessions, clean and store them, and safely return them to you. We have extensive experience in carefully packing and storing items from homes and offices, and use qualified subcontractors for items such as electronics, family heirlooms, and artwork.

About Our Packout & Storage Services

ADVANCED TRACKING OF YOUR BELONGINGS

Our Mobile Service Manager, MSM, is a handheld computer designed for use in the field by technicians with software that automates our Pack Out services (among other things). It allows us to keep track of any of your belongings that we move from your home to our storage facility, so they’re easy for us to locate.

SAFE AND SECURE STORAGE

Our warehouse is climate-controlled, has fire suppression systems, and is under constant security surveillance. We are also insured to cover all of the property we are storing.

We take the upmost care when packing, labeling, moving, and storing your goods, making sure to document everything we do for your protection. Everything is barcoded and scanned to provide a complete chain of custody. We know where everything is at any point in time.

COMPLETE & CAREFUL CLEANING

When necessary, we can clean and restore your items when they are removed from a home or office so that when they are returned to you they are clean and ready to be used.

Any cleaning of your personal items will be explained and documented before work starts.
